My name is Sahej Singh. I am 10 years old and I have always wanted to start my own business. I spend a lot of my free time trying to come up with business ideas that I think would be interesting or helpful for people. When I saw the ad for the Children's Business Fair online I asked my parents right away if I could join because I knew it would be a great start for me. My next challenge was thinking of an idea that would be different. I had made candy sushi for fun and thought that other kids might like this as much as I did. My business name is Candy Sushi King. This Waltham Children's Business Fair was the first time I have ever sold anything and I was really excited for the big day. I had a lot of fun at the fair and it was even better than I even thought it would be. The most exciting part was that people liked my idea and that I even won a prize for most Original Business Idea!! I think this is just the start for me and I will keep working to improve my idea and also to try to think of new things to sell. I’m really happy that I went to the fair and I will definitely do this again. I think any kids who want to start a business should come to this fair. This is just the start of my business adventure and I want to keep it growing."
