Joyce- The Dance Instructor

About

https://youtu.be/uTzWGL6wU4M
My passion for Maganda started at a young age. At age 7 - 10 I used to witness adults dancing with Maganda for events, I saw Maganda dancers coming out for weddings so excited and happy. I was so impressed by the way they shook their waist so fast and on beat, and that you could tell that they were so excited about what they were doing. When I returned home I told my mother I wanted to dance Maganda. She was fascinated by the idea. Long story short my mother knew a person who taught Maganda,

I went to her house every Friday and practiced for three hours, I practiced and practiced every week until I got better. But still this did not satisfy me I wanted to do more, I told my mother I wanted to perform, so she helped me, she got me the clothes, traditional garments and started advertising for me.Just in a week a wedding had come up, the bride wanted more entertainment for her wedding. My mum said to her that I am such a good dancer that I am like a pro, so she paid me so much money to dance for her, and on the day of the wedding I danced as if I was the only person on earth I was excited I shook my hips as fast as I could and on beat. Soon I had many people come up to me asking me to dance for their events. This was the start of my business.
